Marketing

Part of the Vea Enterprise Solutions Ecosystem

Vea Marketing Intelligence

A workspace for clients, campaigns, creative versions, approvals, launch checks, and reports. Built for a marketing team that still loses the yes in chat.

The Business Problem

Files, approvals, and numbers get separated. A campaign can go live on an old approval, with a launch check still open, or with a report nobody can trace to a row.

Verified Capabilities

  • Clients and campaigns

Each campaign keeps an owner, a budget, a destination, channels, and a status from draft through live, paused, or at risk.

  • Numbered creative versions

Deliverables stay with the people producing them. A new file does not inherit an earlier approval.

  • Two decisions, kept apart

Internal review and the client decision are separate steps.

  • Launch checks

Readiness checks block a live status while approvals, tracking, or critical tasks are still open.

  • Tasks, calendar, and workflows

Work, due dates, and workflow definitions sit with the campaign rather than in a side conversation.

  • Reports with a source

Performance reports keep the source of a number. Rule-based signals cover waiting approvals, unfinished deliverables near a deadline, repeated revisions, stale reporting, launch blockers, a click-through drop against the campaign's own history, late delivery, task bottlenecks, and a connector that stopped syncing. Each signal points at the record that triggered it.

  • Roles inside one workspace

Owner, administrator, account manager, campaign manager, creative, analyst, and client reviewer. A client reviewer can be limited to named clients.

Who It Is For

  • Agency owners and account directors
  • Campaign leads and art directors
  • Analysts
  • Client reviewers

Scope & Technical Boundaries

  • The Harbour & Pine workspace shipped with the application is fictional.
  • Live provider pulls stay off until that application's own credentials are set. Google Analytics is the connector prepared in the product, and it does not run without them.
  • Optional AI summaries stay off unless an AI provider is configured on that application.
  • It does not buy media, post to ad accounts, or move money.
